I can't fold the Double Canopy vented folding umbrella. How do I fold it?

There are several steps to follow. First, click the Open/Close button and the umbrella will fold. Then hold the handle with the one hand and push down with the other hand until you hear the “locking click” at the bottom. NOTE: Please do not close it manually by the hand (catching the internal runner pushing it back down), otherwise you can harm the automatic mechanism and hurt your hand. a photo
